The company bragen s.r.o., registered at Smetanovo náměstí 112, Litomyšl-Město, 570 01 Litomyšl, registered with the Regional Court in Hradec Králové, file number C 50429/KSHK, processes, in case of a response to a query submitted via the contact form, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulation”), the following personal data: name and surname, email, and phone number.

We use your personal data primarily to fulfill the purpose of a contract concluded between you and us, to process responses to queries submitted via the contact form, to inform you as a customer through newsletters, or to fulfill our legal obligations, especially accounting and tax obligations. - Legitimate interests of the Controller; in such cases, we process personal data based on legitimate interest, particularly in the form of cookies, to which you have given consent through your internet browser. Our legitimate interests also serve as the legal basis for the customer newsletter subscription, which we may send to your email inbox after verifying your identity (email authenticity), with the option to unsubscribe at any time;
- Your consent; if you have explicitly given us such consent, we may send you commercial communications based on it, with the ability to revoke your consent at any time;
- Fulfillment of the Controller’s legal obligations towards public authorities and offices.

The Controller processes the relevant personal data for the duration of the contractual relationship (e.g., during order fulfillment) and also after its termination:

Personal data will only be made available to the Controller, including its relevant employees who are obliged to maintain confidentiality about this data and security measures, the disclosure of which would endanger the security of this data. Personal data may be disclosed to other entities only in cases explicitly stipulated by legal regulations.
